I studied engineering at Cambridge, then worked across consulting, venture capital and fast-growing technology companies. I reached many of the goals I thought I wanted, but reaching them didn’t leave me more energized or fulfilled. Eventually, I left that life behind.

Over the next several years, I travelled through more than 60 countries and explored a wide range of spiritual and contemplative practices, from days of meditation and silence to breathwork, time in monasteries, plant medicine and many other experiments in how to live. It brought me closer to myself, opened up a more creative side, and changed what I wanted to build and why.

Today, I’m building SecondlawCompany, a London-based technology company working toward a future of abundant renewable energy. In parallel, I’m giving more space to the creative side that emerged from that journey. InterferenceBook is the first expression of it — part personal story, part exploration of how to create distance from the noise, find what feels genuinely yours, and live closer to it.
